Valerie Saier

Yoga Teacher – Yoga Nidra Instructor / Life Coach NLP /

I was born in France and have lived in Greece for over 20 years. I speak Greek, French and English. As a Yoga teacher I believe that the philosophy and techniques of yoga are a foundation and practical tools in the service of aligning the mind, body, soul and heart so that our lives and behavior are authentic reflections of our higher selves. . Through the exercises, we can discover who we really are, as well as our interaction with life and life with us. Free spirit, explorer… I took different styles of yoga classes. Stability, flow, safety & warmth are the hallmarks of my class atmosphere.

I believe that theory only gets its value when applied in everyday life and in my quest to implement wellness, I also trained in other techniques: NLP, Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra… which helped me to bridge Eastern philosophy with Western lifestyle . Also important to me is the emphasis on respect: the freedom, motives and beliefs of each person as well as the search for harmony and personal truth. My acquaintance with Yoga began in 1993 in France, with the Satyananda Yoga system. In 1998 I graduated from the Gymnastics Academy of France -B.E.E.S.- with a diploma of sports education teacher. In 2004 I traveled to London, where I attended a full 300-hour Yoga International Network accredited two-year teacher training course. At the same time, I attended lectures and meditation classes at the Brahma Kumaris University branch. In 2007 I obtained the Yoga Alliance diploma. My last training was in Yoga Nidra with Swami Madhurananda, member of Vishwa Yoga Samsad and International Advisors & Director of the Ayurvedic & Contemporary Sciences.

In 2012 I did my NLP Practitioner & Time Line Therapy © training, in Greece, with Myrsini Kankel who was a trainee of Dr. Tad James PHD, the creator of Timeline Therapy ©. I also did my NLP and Mindfulness Masters, in England, with Anthony Beardsell, who wrote ‘Mind management & Mindfulness’. These trainings have provided me with excellent tools and valuable knowledge regarding improving well-being, increasing awareness and awareness.
